These terms apply to the use of this website and of the CrewOps platform, unless a signed agreement with your company states otherwise.
Use of this website
The information on this website is provided as general information about the CrewOps platform. Functionality described as planned or coming soon does not form part of any commitment.
Access to the platform
Access to CrewOps is granted per company environment and per user account. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter and for the users they grant access to.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability, but maintenance and updates may cause temporary interruptions. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
Intellectual property
The CrewOps platform, its name, logo and interface are owned by CrewOps. Data entered by the customer remains the property of the customer.
Liability
CrewOps is not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the platform, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms and to any agreement concluded with CrewOps.
