Privacy statement
CrewOps is operational software for event, production and AV companies. This statement explains which personal data we process through this website and the CrewOps platform, and how we handle it under the GDPR.
Data on this website
This marketing website uses no tracking cookies and stores no form submissions. When you request a demo, your message is sent from your own email application to crewops@rodiproductions.nl and is used only to answer your request.
Data in the CrewOps platform
Inside a customer environment (for example yourcompany.crewops.nl) we process crew and project data on behalf of the customer, such as names, contact details, functions, availability and planning records. The customer is the controller of that data; CrewOps acts as processor.
Purpose and legal basis
Website enquiries are processed on the basis of legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps. Platform data is processed on the customer's instructions, under a data processing agreement.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting agreement. Platform data is retained for the duration of the customer agreement and removed on request afterwards.
Hosting and third parties
Data is hosted within the European Union. We share data with sub-processors only where required to deliver the service, and never sell personal data.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal data. Requests relating to a customer environment are forwarded to that customer as controller.
