What is CrewOps?

CrewOps is an all-in-one operational platform for event, production and technical production companies. It brings projects, crew planning, callsheets and equipment management into one environment.

Who is CrewOps for?

Event production companies, technical production and AV companies, lighting and audio companies, rental companies, production agencies and crew planning companies.

Do we get our own environment?

Yes. Every company works in its own CrewOps environment, for example yourcompany.crewops.nl, with its own users, roles, projects and equipment.

Can we manage both bulk and serialized equipment?

Yes. Bulk equipment is tracked by quantity, while serialized equipment is tracked by individual serial number, including purchase history and rental prices.

What about QR workflows and financial analytics?

These are planned. CrewOps is designed for future integration of QR-based warehouse workflows and financial analytics; they are not available yet.

What does CrewOps cost?
